If the recycled mosaic is designed with horizontal and vertical division seams, it can generally be calculated according to the size of each unit is 308mm×380mm, the gap between the units is 2mm, and the typesetting module is 310mm. The size of each small mosaic is about 18 mm×18 mm, the gap between the particles is 2 mm, and the paving modulus of each particle can be 20 mm. For the wall between the windows, if the mantissa after the size row is completely connected cannot be divisible by 20 mm, the last row of recycled mosaics cannot be rowed down and can only be adjusted through the slits.

When you wait to press the bonding layer with your hand and leave only a clear fingerprint print, you can paste the recycled mosaics. When pasting the recycled mosaics, answer the quasi-divided line and proceed from top to bottom, leaving a gap of 2 mm between the plates.

The cement paste is movable when it is not set, and the recycled mosaic will drop a little under its weight after being put on the wall; because the gap between the joints and the joints is also prone to deviation, therefore, after paving the recycled mosaic, you should use a wooden clapper to drive the joints. And make adjustments.

Tear paper

Soak the paper pasted with recycled mosaics, and after soaking and dissolving the glue, tear off the pasted paper. When tearing the paper, the direction of force should be parallel to the wall, otherwise, the recycled mosaic particles will be easily torn off.

Close the seam twice and wash

After the paper is torn, the recycled mosaic particles are exposed. At this time, a cement slurry is used to squeegee to close the joints to avoid gaps due to incomplete gaps. For gaps that are not straight, the seams should be drawn so that they are horizontal and vertical. For the particles that have been moved, the wooden board should be tapped to make it adhere firmly. After the seam is closed for 10-20 minutes, use a brush dipped in water to scrub the recycled mosaics 3 times, and finally rinse once with clean water.
